<pre>I can still press the power button, which will close (or kill?) the xserver and
shutdown the system properly.
Switching to VT doesn't work, as neither keyboard nor mouse input gets
processed. Haven't setup any remote access, so I can't attach gdb.
I've recompiled the xserver with that debug option, I'll see if that lists
anything relevant.</pre>
