<pre>I've updated to the current libva, and had QA test things for me.
With RC6 enabled, I still get the stalls. Without it, I don't get stalls.
I do have an error state from a machine that stalled - I'll attach it, then see
if I can collect error states from machines that don't stall.</pre>
