<pre>I've tried some combinations of arrangement and rotation of both external
displays, including a few really weird ones. All of them worked as expected.
Since you mentioned the mutter bug -- I'm experiencing crashes when starting
and terminating i-v-o. Could you give a hint on how to avoid it -- is there a
bugfix in some PPA, or a configuration to avoid the bug? This is still a
showstopper for me. I'm using gnome-shell, don't know if this is the same.
