<pre>I don't know how to post the full dmesg from early boot, as with the
drm.debug=0xe option I get so many of the following messages:
1) [drm:drm_dp_i2c_do_msg] native defer[drm:drm_dp_i2c_do_msg] native defer
2) [drm:drm_dp_i2c_do_msg] native defer
3) [drm:drm_dp_i2c_do_msg] too many retries, giving up
That it fills the buffer. However, the /var/log/dmesg file seems to contain the
first 128Kb of dmesg, so that should contain the information you require. I
just updated to and I am running linux 3.15.0-031500-generic.</pre>
