Bug description: Since xf86-video-intel 2.99.911 i noticed some pixels burned
in my monitor, in the top right corner, all icons(volume icon, network icon and
so on) on bar are burned into my monitor, after a few hours of usage. Of
course, burns arent permanent and keeping full screen white picture for a day
heals my monitor almost completely. I use mostly windows 7, but havent noticed
anything like that happening in windows, so i guess it isnt old or broken
hardware, my lenovo laptop is only about 2,5 years old.
System environment:
-- chipset: Intel HM55
-- system architecture: 64-bit
-- xf86-video-intel: 2.99.911 - 2.99.912
-- xserver: 1.15.0 - 1.15.1
-- mesa: from 10.1.3 to 10.2.1
-- libdrm: 2.4.53 - 2.4.54
-- kernel: from 3.14.x up to 3.16-rc2
-- Linux distribution: ubuntu 14.04 - 14.10
-- Machine or mobo model: lenovo b560
-- Display connector:
Reproducing steps: Run ubuntu for at least a few hours.
