Well, I don't know. When I move the i915.ko module somewhere else, call
'update-initrramfs -u' (to update the ramdisk), reboot (so it doesn't get
loaded) and then try 'sudo pm-suspend' or 'sudo pm-hibernate', the system
freezes at once and has to be hard reset.
With loading the i915.ko module, the system survives 'pm-suspend' and resumes
perfectly, but has the problems stated above with 'sudo pm-hibernate'.
This is with 3.16.0rc2+ as of my last comment.</pre>
