commit 9b25eeee85d32223841640c3a39901e4b63707ce
Author: Chris Wilson <<a href="mailto:chris@chris-wilson.co.uk">chris@chris-wilson.co.uk</a>>
Date: Wed Sep 10 16:37:16 2014 +0100
sna: Do apply damage twice for miSpans.PolyFillRect
As the caller will apply the damage afterwards, we do not need to do the
accumulation in the miSpans callbacks and it presumes that its damage is
unaltered.
