<pre>Reproduce Steps
1.Before reboot connect monitor with HDMI(DP) cable.
2.cat /proc/asound/card0/eld#0.1
3.Unplug HDMI(DP) cable
4.cat /proc/asound/card0/eld#0.1
Expected Result
After step2,can display the ELD information,and after step 4 can't display it.
Actual Result
After step 2 and step 4 all display ELD information
On Wilson Beach platform, the issue is 100% reproduced with ASUS 238 monitor,
but cannot be reproduced with Dell monitor.
When the issue be reproduced, cat /proc/interrupts, no audio interrupt be
triggered when plug on/off HDMI cable.</pre>
