I added <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=83175#c20">comment #20</a> patch to drm-intel/nightly kernel but ELD information still
do not refresh on hot-plug events.
I had the same behavior with or without X started. However, I noticed that
running $ xrandr is a workaround as everything is correct after this command
(ELD and display).</pre>
