Updating mesa fixes the issue with my current ingame configuration (which is
vsync off). I tracked this down to

I had vsync disabled since initially I wanted to benchmark the HSW. With PRIME
and vsync disabled ingame the rendering however is very 'shacky', to the point
where it's not playable.
I thus re-enabled vsync and the issue reappeared (strange I guess). Initial
tests show that [url=<a href="https://www.freedesktop.org/patch/34966/]Correct">https://www.freedesktop.org/patch/34966/]Correct</a>
present_notify_msc vblank target[/url] seems to fix the issue (with vsync on).</pre>
