Backport of requests and PPGTT changes to 3.17.0

I've backported the changes from #requests to apply against the kernel RPM from
<a href="http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=583526">http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=583526</a>

This is a fairly intrusive backport - I've tried to take drivers/gpu/drm/i915
wholesale, then remove execlists/logical ring contexts rather than piecemeal
bring things forwards.

I'd appreciate it if someone could look over what I've done, and tell me if it
makes sense.</pre>
