<pre>Setup: Lenovo ThinkPad T540p, docking station, NEC monitor attached to docking
station.

Intel driver version: 2.99.906
xorg-x11-server version: 7.6_1.14.3.901.

When updated kernel from 3.16.3 to 3.17 - X cannot start when monitor is
attached to docking station, but works fine when not attached.

Following upgrade fixed the issue:
Intel driver version: 2.99.916
xorg-x11-server version: 7.6_1.16.1
