<pre>Bummer. I know what has changed. I replaced my A4tech XL-750F 1600dpi mouse
with a cheap Logitech one. Plugged A4tech - and throttling came back.
And now we have a reason - A4tech mouse is very fast and produce too many of
mouse move events.</pre>
