on BSW RVP Fab2 board with B1 silicon CPU.

edp has signal after start kernel, and DP has display in the whole boot
sequence, so this bug has been fixed, the edp no signal issue before start
kernel should be video bios related bug.

so close this bug from i915 driver aspect.</pre>
