<pre>LightDM and the unity desktop worked after I disabled dri3 in the intel driver
as Chris suggested. After that change and enabling tear free (also as Chris
suggested), I was able to test this kernel. I was able to play a video in Kodi
for over an hour using the VAAPI support as Peter described above and I did not
experience a hang.
