Lost hot-plug event when VGA output is turned off
I found when turn off "VGA display" by UI or xrandr, the necessary hot-plug
event was lost, and caused the it (i.e. DP1 disconnected).
@Timo/Rodrigo, do you have any idea on hoe to clarify DP-hub works correctly or
not?</pre>
