<pre>The problem was a corruption state of svg cache. I resolved the problem with
the following commands:
rm -fr ~/.cache/plasma*
rm -fr ~/.cache/ksycoca*
rm -fr ~/.cache/*.kcache
kbuildsycoca5</pre>
