        <pre>Test it on the drm-intel-nightly branch
kernel(drm-intel-nightly_4643c5_20150613+), this problem has go away. 
output info:

monitor will print the received events for:
UDEV - the event which udev sends out after rule processing
KERNEL - the kernel uevent

BTW, on the latest nightly kernel with this patch, this problem also has go
away, the same as the output info.
