Bug detailed description

when unplug HDMI an DP, eld information is correct; then replug all display,
all screen are black. but only hotplug one display, screen can go back.

***And I have catch dmesg in above 3 circumstance, find they all blank. 

Reproduce Steps

1.unplug all display 
2.replug all display

Expected Result

all screen can go back

Actual Result

all screen are black</pre>
