<pre>I ran the application as root which disables the shader cache. The shader
linked in 9.8 seconds on an Atom 330 at 1.6GHz, so I take it back, the problem
isn't orders of magnitude but is something more than a factor of 4.
Sorry for not understanding Nvidia's cache strategy.</pre>
