This bug is present from devel 3.19 and from one of stable updates in 3.18. In
bugzilla is this bug closed as: "If the problem persists with latest kernels,
please file a bug at the freedesktop.org bugzilla [1], referencing this bug."
Fails on kernel 4.2.3 and on 4.3 RC4. Works on 3.17.* and on 3.18.0
Issue from 4.1.0 and from 4.2.0, second monitor blinks every minute is in 4.2.3
