It sort of works with kernel 4.2 but vlc have some issue with the video
overlay, its always on top and no scaling. Also dp MST is not working at all
with my dell screen so had to go down to 4k in 30HZ.
Trying to use 4.3-rc6 however resulted in no graphics at all.
I attached the kernel log. what can be seen is that linux in 4.3 detect the amd
graphics cards that it do not in 4.2. but I have in the uefi set the system to
use the integrated card so I'm not sure if linux should even start the radeon
card. But it later tries to use the intel part and things is not working out
ok.</pre>
