<pre>Found another issue. (this on 4.3-rc6 & 4.2.3, amdgpu blacklisted)
in google chrome Version 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit)
if I have a youtube video playing in its own frame/window then chrome gets very
very slow doing anything with any other tab.
If I activate another tab so the video is not showing but audio is still then
everything is back to normal
could be a chrome issue as nothing else in the system gets slow.</pre>
