I got my 3.16 kernel here: <a href="http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.16.7-ckt18-utopic/">http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.16.7-ckt18-utopic/</a> This is on the new Ubuntu 15.10 release.
