<pre>I still get rare freezes on ubuntu with linux-image-generic-lts-utopic (kernel
3.16.0). Does pstates=disabled only effect Intel-CPUs or AMDs as well? I am
searching for a general setup that doesnt effect AMD-cpus but Intel Baytrail
only.</pre>
