Appreciate the info. Retested: no args, no cap -> froze < 2 hours, reboot
froze within 2 minutes. Frequency cap only, still running (25+ hrs.)
But it looks like I've been just rehashing comments 33-36, which also didn't
work for everyone. Only difference is 50% cap vs. minimum cap. Improvement?</pre>
