Check if DP training set applied ok
Tom reported that flickering occurs when resuming back from the sleep. When
resuming we are already trained the DP link and most probably reusing the DP
link parameters when retraining the link. It may be possible that setting the
DP training pattern fails yielding an error message of "*ERROR* failed to
enable link training". This patch introduces a check to the routine that
applies the DP training pattern. If this check fails, the link training is
restarted by setting the parameters to zero.
The patch applies on top of the latest drm-intel-nightly and requires this
<a href="https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/66697/">https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/66697/</a> patch to be applied</pre>
