I installed the supposed latest version of the driver (dmesg shows "i915 1.6.0
20150522") using intel-graphics-installer-linux from
<a href="https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/intel-graphics-installer-linux-1.2.1">https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/intel-graphics-installer-linux-1.2.1</a>
However, this still occurs. It happened just now while using GIMP.
The version I have installed is from May, so I think this
