<pre>For KBL HDMI we tried testing on v4.4-rc8 + drm-intel-nightly (5th Jan), we
fail to see jack detect event notification from display side. (snd-hda use i915
component interface for jack notification as well as UR from codec).
ELD read was also failing. Thereby no playback was heard when we tried
playback.
Attached is the patch for adding HDMI device in snd-intel (patch-hdmi) which we
are trying to verify on KBL</pre>
