in my case flickering occur just after reboot (and this is not the same
flickerin art like in the video). Then I need to run 'xset dpms force off'
command in the terminal at least once or many times until flickering is gone.
Afterwards I see no flickering any longer even if it resumes from sleep. I can
add that on the same hardware chromiumos works flawlessly.</pre>
