[Intel-gfx] About: i915

Well when it comes to 3D performance, I also only see about 20-40% of
the performance I see on Windows-XP.
I am using Fedora8 where I am able to play many even modern games
(well for me they are quite modern ;) ) on XP, but on Linux tuxracer
with low detail seems to be the limit (one of my two cores is 20%
loaded with tuxracer, thats it).

The whole accaleration currently leaves a lot to be desired. 2D Xaa
doesn't accalerate most, 2D EXA is really slow (even slower than Xaa
on my 945GM when running KDE) and 3D is so weak that I have to reduce
resolution to 800x600 on my Core2Duo to be able to play tuxracer
without stuttering.

Well, hope things will become better soon...
