[Intel-gfx] [Bug] Black pixels outside src-bounds, instead of transparent

Hello,

I think I've found a bug in the intel-driver:
Areas which fall outside of the source-bounds are rendered black
instead of unchanged when PictOpOver is used.
Using XAA I get the expected results.

However I can't test the lastest intel-driver (I am using 2.3.2), so
could somebody please be so kind and test the following source:

If you see a large black rectangle arround the yellow line the bug is
still there.
