[Intel-gfx] [RFC][PATCH 0/2 ] drm/i915: multiple sdvo output sync up with 2D

We create corresponding drm connector of output in init function.
However for SDVO encoder that advertise multiple functions, we have to get
attached display to determine current output, and update current connection
and encoder type in detection stage.

[PATCH 1/2] drm/i915: create flexible intel_sdvo_output_setup function for init and detection(V1)
[PATCH 2/2] drm/i915: dynamically re-register real sdvo output based on detected result(V1).

the patches are based on 
[PATCH V2] drm/i915: read edid-extensions when sdvo device is connected with hdmi monitor
and
[PATCH] drm: clean dirty memory after device release
