Hi,
	On one SDVO card based on conextant chip, we can't get the EDID even
when the external monitor is really attached. This patch set is to make the
DDC reliable on SDVO card.

Patch 01/02: Read the response status after issuing the DDC bus switch command
Patch 02/02: Try another possible DDC bus for the SDVO cards with multiple outputs
