[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] Error recovery, reporting improvements

Hello all,
in order for the error reporting to function correctly on my h/w I had
to mask a persistent instruction error and manually clear the Master
Error bit in the IIR.

Attached are two patches that checks the location of the instruction
error, be it ring or batch buffer, and secondly prevent the h/w lockup
as noted above.
