[Intel-gfx] new kms fixes up

I'll review and test and post the series next week hopefully, but I've
got a pile of fun changes for KMS in the for-review branch of my kernel
repo.  Most important is the start of integrated HDMI support.  It finds
modes, but things explode before I manage to set a new video mode by any
method I've tried.
