[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] drm/i915: set TV detection mode when tv is connected.

Hi Keith
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22035 indicates
 even if tv pipe is active, our tv detection have to go through whole procedure,
 including disable tv controller, set detection mode  and sense values
in tv dac register. We can not directly read status to judge current tv status,
blinking is normal action during tv detection phase as CRT load detection.
