[Intel-gfx] Ironlake fixes for 2.6.32

Eric, here're new fixes/workaround for Ironlake that target kernel 2.6.32.

The last one about MSI issue on Ironlake has been observed in compiz testing
in ubuntu karmic, both team in SH and Jesse have reproduced irq stall problem,
which can be workarounded by disable MSI now.

I'm afraid we might not be able to find the real cause of it quickly, so
I think disable it for 2.6.32 would not be bad.

Patches are against 'for-linus' branch.
