[Intel-gfx] Framebuffer on multiple pipes

Hi.

I'm working on an embedded linux device with two screens connected to
SDVOB/SDVOC-pipe (no internal lvds)
In X, everything works fine (aftes executing some xrandr-commands: 1.
disable everything, 2. enable only needed outputs), but nothing is
displayed while booting (only on a connected vga-screen).

Could someone give me a hint:
- where to disable internal LVDS in kernel-code? (because both pipes are needed)
- how to enable SDVOB/SDVOC-pipes while booting (showing a cloned framebuffer)

I'm currently using kernel 2.6.32-rc6.
