[Intel-gfx] [GMA X4500] 1366x768 panel issue

Hi, thank you for answering and sorry for the late answer but I
preferred to upgrade to latest driver stack before filing the bug(s).
In fact I had another issue concerning console output which sometimes
isn't full screen.
Both bugs are still present in the latest RC graphic stack, I also
filed one more bug because after the upgrade kde desktop effects
stopped working.

I tried with cvt too, nothing changed.

intel_reg_dumper is not part of any released intel-gpu-tools, so I
modified the ebuild to pull from git (I love x-modular eclass!).
