[Intel-gfx] dual head inteldrmfb

Hi,

Is it possible to have two inteldrmfb devices (/dev/fb[01])
for two output ports using i915 without xorg?

If not, is it possible to force the default inteldrmfb output
port?  Here I want my framebuffer size match my netbook's
external LCD rather than its tiny display.
