[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v2 0/3] hangcheck fixes

I split out a lot more of the per ring registers in this version, as
well as added the patch to remove the kick_ring, which AFAICT doesn't
really help anything.

Patch 3 can be dropped if not desired.
