[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 0/8] FBC support for gen2/3

This series enables FBC on gen2 and gen3 platforms. Only tested on 855GM.

I have a bunch of other FBC patches still in the pipeline, but this should
have all the basics for gen2/3.
