[Intel-gfx] intel mst + club 3d csv5300 hub only in clone mode + xorg crashes

hey,

i have a dell xps 13 with an integrated intel adapter running on kubuntu
14.10, and a club3d csv5300 displayport hub with two attached dell displays.

i am currently using the 3.18 kernel from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.18-vivid/

the problem is that the displays attached to the DP hub only work in clone
mode.

and whenever i disconnect, or reconnect a display to the hub XOrg is
crashing with a segfault.

connecting and disconnecting the hub itself works fine.
