[Intel-gfx] [intel-gfx][PATCH] Displayport Compliance User Application

This is the userspace application that accompanies the Displayport compliance
testing patch set. This application must be used in conjunction with the
kernel patch set to successfully complete compliance testing.

This is a unified patch that contains the 4 main files in the user app
directory. Those files are as follows:      
        README - contains current information about the compliance test suite
        build.sh - simple command-line script to build the app
        dp_compliance.c - the source code for the user app
        input.c - source code for the input handler in the app

This code currenty resides in a local branch of the Intel Graphics Tools 
project. The plan is to have this app merged into the IGT project.
