That would be Italian. Cache (and "cachet") come from French "cacher"
(to hide), so the "ch" is (almost) the same as in "chef" or "chauffeur".

We could switch to using the Esperanto spelling, "kaŝi" and the
corresponding hardware term "kaŝmemoro" :)
