Changes from the previous version:<br>
- The fastboot changes from the previous patch have been removed,<br>
fastboot will have to be a separate patch because of the testing it needs.<br>
- I've cleaned up the changes to planes and split it into separate patches.<br>
This makes it easier to bisect.<br>
- Some commit logs have been updated.<br>
