[LDTP-Dev] some files missed in ldtp-0.2.1.tar.gz

Hi all,

when I downloaded tarball and tried to make the build, I encountered the 
following errors, I checked the ldtp-0.2.0-src.tar.bz2 and it really 
contained following files.
...
"ldtp.c", line 27: cannot find include file: "ldtp.h"
"ldtp.c", line 28: cannot find include file: "appmap.h"
"ldtp.c", line 29: cannot find include file: "gui.h"
"ldtp.c", line 30: cannot find include file: "localization.h"
...
sounds like some files missed in the tarball, have any idea?
