Summary: The LDTP server always disconnects before returning a
                    response
           Product: LDTP
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: Normal
         Component: ldtp
        AssignedTo: ldtp-maint at gnome.bugs

         QAContact: ldtp-dev at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
Using the 1.1.0 version in Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10.

When running any python LDTP script the LDTP server returns a 'Server
disconnected' error.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get debsource from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ldtp/1.1.0-1
2. Build the debian package. (you will need to remove libgail-dev first from
the debian/control file, that it is no longer needed)
3. Install ldtp and python-ldtp packages
4. Try to run any of the python scripts that you might have
5. The server always returns "Server disconnected" error.
