Well, it's marked with "Displaylink", most likely you only have to add the
specific USB ID's and output works.

The rest is guesswork:
The USB-in jack most likely works as in internal USB hub.
The microphone/earphone jack combo most likely uses a standard USB soundcard
chip (they're so cheap virtually nobody redesigns them these days)
And i have the evil suspicion that the touchscreen will register itself as
standard USB mouse or graphic tablet.
And you'll probably wont be able to get the webcam working because they most
likely used the most buggy one they could find (as is usual for nearly every
webcam i know of)

I could be very wrong of course, but looking at the design and the price,
i'd say they took most parts from a netbook production line, added the
displaylink chipset and put everything in the housing of one of these USB
picture frames (no negative feelings intended: recycling design is *good*
and economic good thinking)
